With the emergence of Covid-19 and the untold impact the virus has had on every corner of society, a small group of women have come together to write about their experience, the impact on their lives, and how these times have shaped new thoughts and ways of being in the adventurous space and beyond. Released over a series of seven days, these seven stories coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week and serve to acknowledge that it is okay to not be okay, to embrace our vulnerabilities, and to love and support those around us.
