Are you planning a big trip on your bike? Perhaps you've signed up for a long-distance event in 2017 and are thinking 'oh no - what now?' Or is it that you'd love to ride long distances, but can't quite get your head round the practicalities? Don't worry - The Adventure Syndicate are here to help.

Following our sold-out event last November, The Adventure Syndicate are returning to Bristol to help get you through the long-distance challenge you rashly signed up for after listening to our tales of suffering and glory and sleeping in ditches.

Emily Chappell and Lee Craigie will help you figure out everything you need to know to tackle a long-distance challenge - training, nutrition, navigation, bike set-up, day-to-day logistics and, most importantly, how to develop the mental strength to keep yourself going when the going gets tough.

This event is the ideal opportunity to learn from people who have planned out numerous adventures and taken on long-distance challenges with great success (as well as making a lot of mistakes and learning valuable lessons along the way). There will also be the opportunity to ask any questions you might have, to help you feel ready and confident to take on the challenge that lies ahead.

Tickets are limited (so book now to avoid disappointment!), with a suggested minimum donation of £7.

Like most of The Adventure Syndicate's activities, Long-Distance Ladies is women-specific, but not women-only. We look forward to welcoming people of all genders and none.

Roll For The Soul will be serving coffee, cakes and cold drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
