To celebrate the launch of The Quad, The Adventure Syndicate Race Team, we're gathering four of cycling's most fabulous women, hosted by our partners Leigh Day Cycling and Spin Cycling Festival, for a frank discussion of what scares them, the demons they've overcome in the past, and how fear can sometimes motivate us as much as it holds us back.

Jools Walker (a.k.a. Lady Velo) is the cycle-style blogger behind VeloCityGirl. She started VCG in March 2010 when she bought her Pashley Princess bike… and assumed that would be the only bike she’d ever want.
